Author. Speaker. Coach.

Hi, I’m Melina!

For forty years, I asked questions for a living.

As a journalist, I interviewed everyone from Oprah Winfrey and Nora Ephron to Deepak Chopra and hundreds of people whose stories stayed with me long after the notebook closed.

Later, I spent nearly two decades at National Geographic helping create books, magazines, and franchises for millions of readers.

Today, my work explores reinvention, curiosity, joy, and what makes a life feel meaningful—not just successful.

For people standing at a threshold.

Maybe you’re facing a transition.

Maybe you’re reinventing yourself.

Maybe you’ve achieved the things you thought would make you happy and are surprised to find yourself asking, “Now what?”

Nothing is wrong with you. You’re ready.

In fact, you’re becoming.

And becoming, I’ve learned, is a lifelong practice.
